We are here to help you make those calculations and assist with the search for the right investment property to suit your requirement and budget.

Its easy to let your heart rule your head when it comes to property, its very common and natural to want to feel a connection to the property that you are buying, however when you are looking for an investment, logic and prudence are required to ensure that you make the best decision based on the potential return on your investment.

3.Viewing

Do the leg work, look at as many properties as possible and consider each one carefully, remember this property is not for you, you won’t be living there.  Run the figures and plan for any expenditure before purchasing including solicitors fees, utilities while the property is empty and renovation works.
Where required we will visit the property with you to help with your decision.

4. Fees

We can advise on potential rental values, future increases and unexpected costs that you will need to be aware of. Our fees are competitive and our flexible packages mean there is an affordable option for every landlords.
We also offer a discount for landlords with multiple properties.

Our average rental time is 22 days.

How long is the tenancy agreement for?

Our initial assured shorthold tenancy agreements are for 6 months.

When do I get my rent?

We pay your rent the next working day after receiving it.

How often do you carry out inspections?

For the first year we carry out quarterly mid term inspections, after the first year if all inspections are passed we reduce to half yearly inspections and in the 3rd year we reduce again to yearly inspections.

Can I use my own contractors for repairs?

Yes, we can liaise with your chosen contractors when attending to repairs and maintenance.
