Brilliant service from start to finish. Toner Estates let out two of my properties for a number of years. I have always had really good long term tenants that have been thoroughly vetted. I have recently sold these properties and the selling process was just as smooth as the letting service, helping achieve a quick sale for a really good price. The communication, knowledge and advice given from Charlotte at each stage has been brilliant. This is definitely what separates them from all of the other competition in the area and trust me I have used a lot of other estate agents and had negative experiences with each of them. The most important thing that I valued was their honesty and integrity, which when selling or letting a house can sometimes get lost, as agents can tend to serve in their own interest instead of the client's i.e. advising in order to get a quicker sale for less money and less effort.
